Amzone International is looking for a strategic, commercially driven and globally minded Supply Chain Manager to build and lead our evolving global supply chain function.

This is an opportunity to shape how Amzone plans, sources, moves and manages materials across international markets — creating a supply chain that is scalable, resilient, cost-effective and built for growth.
You will take ownership ofglobal supply-chain strategy, material planning, international trade, inventory, supply networks, movement strategies and supply-risk management, working closely with Sales, Projects, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics and senior management.
What You’ll Own
Global Supply Chain Strategy
- Build and lead Amzone’s global supply-chain strategy and operating framework.
- Develop scalable processes, systems, controls and governance to support international growth.
- Establish supply-chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide management with actionable insights, risks and strategic alternatives.
Supply Planning & Material Management
- Lead end-to-end material planning aligned with projects, customer requirements and business priorities.
- Establish lead times, safety stocks, reorder levels and inventory strategies.
- Balance material availability with inventory efficiency and working-capital objectives.
- Proactively identify shortages, constraints and potential supply disruptions.
International Trade & Compliance
- Own the framework for international import/export and trade compliance.
- Manage requirements related to customs, HS classification, permits, Certificates of Origin, Chamber of Commerce certification, embassy/legalization requirements, MOFA attestations, product certifications and inspections.
- Develop country-wise compliance and documentation matrices.
- Ensure regulatory requirements and lead times are incorporated into supply planning.
Global Movement & Route Strategy
- Develop and optimize international trade lanes and movement strategies.
- Evaluateair, sea, road and multimodal transportationbased on cost, urgency, cargo characteristics, destination and regulatory requirements.
- Identify alternative ports, airports, borders and routes to build supply-chain resilience.
- Partner with Logistics teams to ensure effective execution.
Supply Network & Partner Management
- Build and strengthen Amzone’s international supply network and strategic partner ecosystem.
- Establish performance standards for supply-chain partners.
- Develop alternate sources and supply options for critical materials and markets.
- Work closely with logistics providers, customs brokers and freight partners.
Cost, Risk & Operational Excellence
- Drive total landed-cost optimization through better planning, route selection, inventory management and mode selection.
- Establish a structured supply-chain risk and business-continuity framework.
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, transportation and market disruptions and develop mitigation plans.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Projects, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, Service, Logistics and Management.
- Translate business and project requirements into actionable supply strategies.
- Drive accountability and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure timely material availability.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- MBA/Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, International Business or Business Administration is preferred.
Certifications
Professional certifications such asAPICS CSCP/CPIM, CIPS, CILT, FIATAor equivalent will be an advantage.

Experience
- 10+ yearsof progressive experience in Global Supply Chain, International Supply Chain, International Trade, Material Planning, Project Supply Chain, Industrial Supply Chain or related environments.
- Proven experience leading global supply-chain strategy and operations.
- Strong exposure to international markets and cross-border supply chains.
- Experience inindustrial, engineering, energy, oil & gas, marine, infrastructure, manufacturing or project-based businessesis preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
