📢 We’re Hiring | Recruiter / Senior Recruiter
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical and engineering recruitment, preferably within Oil & Gas, Lifting & Cranes, Industrial Services, Marine/Offshore, Engineering, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
• Recruit for technical, engineering, sales, operations, and support positions
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Proactively follow up to ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines
• Develop effective sourcing channels and talent pools
• Support a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For:
• UAE recruitment experience preferred
• Strong exposure to technical / engineering recruitment
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
